I’ve spent a lifetime dealing with anxiety, fluctuating weight and many other issues. I exercised 7 days a week but my weight never budged. Everything I tried to do to lose weight failed!
I was ashamed, frustrated and demoralised...until I discovered the Law of Attraction and lost weight without realising what I was doing.
When I fell pregnant with our first child, I distinctly remember having the thought, “Oh I can forget all about my body now and just focus on the baby”.
Boom! Right there at that moment I dropped a ton of negative focus and resistance. I felt more appreciative of my body and decided to see eating as a way of nurturing myself and my baby, rather than food being something to control or deny myself.
This shift brought me confidence, a more carefree outlook and a sense of freedom. It felt awesome...but it didn’t last long.
A few months later, I was feeling insecure again, scrutinising myself in the mirror, comparing myself to others on social media and not wanting to wear fitted clothes.
And so it happened, I gained weight again. It was frustrating because I knew what I’d done with my emotions to achieve the weight loss while pregnant and it felt fantastic, but I just didn’t really know at that point how to sustain it.
But thanks to the work of Esther Hicks, I figured it out and finally lost the 10kgs (22lbs) I was carrying (and I've not put any back on)!
So I wrote this eBook to explain how I, plus hundreds of my clients, have learnt to feel better about ourselves again and how that’s helped us all to finally lose weight AND keep it off.
